Flag Ceremonies
Troop 831 has been teaming up with the Carnegie VFW post and Carnegie Boro's "Honor a Vet" program. As announced on the calendar below, on a given Saturday morning there takes place a special flag ceremony honoring a deceased veteran. The flag flying is the flag that was draped over that veteran's castket at their funeral. For more info on the project, contact either Alexander Popichak or Carnegie Mayor Mr. Jack Kobistek.
